Test week is finally coming to an end...

Really happy - but then again, after this, we've got our maths test, then sabbaticals!

Then back to bio prac and physics test...

I think currently my physics really suck...
I think Mr TanCG is too nice alr... Our class takes him for granted, make noise and play a fool...
In the end we cant learn really well...
Hmm - just my view.

And of course, after a few more weeks - EXAMS.
Then holidays. Thats if i get past the exams. xP

Had our Physics SPA (Prac Assesment) and IHC test today...

Physics SPA - I MELTED A PLASTIC BEAKER. I MELTED A PLASTIC BEAKER.
How could I be so careless ._.

We were supposed to take hot water with a plastic beaker, then boil it in a glass beaker.
I put the plastic beaker onto the bunsen burner and it kind of melted and stuck to the gauze x.x

Dom was saying M. Tan also looking out for the goggles...
I didnt wear them throughout, mainly because it was really uncomfortable (was alr very hot then!) as I wear specs, so its like very awkward... [Anw, we're just boiling water, is wearing goggles very neccessary?]

IHC Test -
Most of us didnt have time to complete i guess..
I completed the first and third question, 6 and 8 mark one..
The second one i didnt really complete, but hopefully I'll get some marks for that too...

I think should be okay la. Looking at the marking schemes she gave us, I think her marking schemes are quite lenient...

Like "I agree that Source A supports what Source B says" - 1 mark alr xP

Was expecting something better though.
I guess my Essay part pulled me down.. 2.5/8!

Ms Tan is giving us a extra quiz thingy, but I'm not too sure if it will help us...
For me (and most others), i gotta get a 6,7 or 8 to maintain my grade. [Which shouldnt be too diff i guess?]

But to move up one grade, I need a 9 or 10/10.

Floorball on friday was really supersuper fun.

Nevermind that we lost 5-2, i think we played okay.
RI's team was really strong too! (They sent their vice capt of the hockey team i think)
But i think they also give chance la :X

What matters is we had fun! :D

Just grab the equips and go any random space and play.

Got a1 for chinese, and thanks to the extra mini math test, i pulled my math from b4 to b3.

So currently, its physics - c6 (._.) , math - b3 (U- shaped graph, turning point at term 3 :)), chinese - a1.

Yesterday was badbadbad.

I was at the tennis court. It started raining.
I ignored.
It got heavier.

I cycled home.
I was afraid. My previous phone "died" when i played water bombs.

I didnt want my current phone to "die" so i cycled faster. BOOM
Whacked into the entrance of my lobby -.-

Couldnt brake. So my thigh is has some bruise/cuts and near my eye also.. Lucky my eyesight not affected :)

Then things turned for the better with CHMA.

Went with dom only this year.

We sat at the back with dom's friends...
At the back also good, can stand up no one cares :D

Was really really good. The lights and everything, really quite professional.

The bands were good too.
I liked Brown Note for their little "act", Victor and the Vicious Vipers for their strong onstage presence and their "Back in Black" by AC/DC.

And the hotel california guy from last year came back as guest band.

I really like his voice. Really nice.

And of course all the other people as well.

Already looking forward to next year's. :)

Yesterday's PT was damn funny xP

We had to run up the slope near the field like 10 times.

While walking to the slope, nickteo was like telling me "Eh tim, you know when our juniors were in sec 1, when they start running they always scream - (retarded noise) - and run very fast then end up running slowly."

Then when we were on our 4th or 5th time, nick suddenly started making retarded screams while running up.
Then all of us half run half laugh. Cannot tahan.

Then coach tell us to stop it.
The next round he did it again.

Coach make us stay in pumping position awhile and tell us to save our breath.

Then arnd the sixth round, have some girls cheer us on xP

Bio Prac - Nail Polish

Today Bio Prac was so fun.

We did some experiment on plant cells.

Then we needed nail polish to like take the plant cells so we could see them on a microscope.

So Ms Tan told us she would turn a blind eye , some guys did it last year too

(But she told us to get it removed by the next sch day)

And so some of us did.

Its quite gay though.

Got mine removed alr, but it was interesting i guess.
LOL.

We should like have gone flashing (our nails.) at the exchange students (girls).

This English project made me do some research on panspermia.
Yes yes please get all excited over the word sperm.

Have been interested in such stuff (due to muse, i guess- conspiracy, aliens and stuff), and i got the chance to find out more.

Panspermia is a theory that "seeds" of life were planted into earth by say, comets or something.

I think its a really interesting theory.

Its quite cool , really. I like it.

As in, it would be quite silly to think that no aliens, or other life exists out there.
Seriously, what do you think the earth is? The world?

Yea it is the world. But not the universe.

No one knows how bloody big it is out there.
Heard that recently some scientists found a planet in another system which is equidistant away from its sun as earth is away from our own sun. Life there?

Hmm.

SGCC - Prince Open

And so, my participation in this year's Prince Open comes to an end.

Got to the second round, then lost to Bryden..

Cant say i'm happy that i lost, but i'm quite content too.
Apparently he was the 3rd/4th seed for U17 boys last year...

I lost the first game, then won the second game then lost the third game 6-11.
But i dun wanna get complacent or too happy, counting that he started with -10 and i started with +3... x.x
He also prob let his guard down since i'm "unknown" i guess.. :X

Actually i'm quite happy to be able to play with him too..
So high ranking player.. Good exp xP

Anyway, this also inspired me to train harder , esp my fitness.
I will be back (and go further -hopefully) next year!

"Muse play Wembley Stadium mega gig

Matt, Dom and Chris are on form at biggest show of their lives

Muse have played the biggest gig of their lives tonight (June 16) at Wembley Stadium in north London.

The band marked their first night at the giant venue (they play again on June 17) with an epic two hour performance.

With the stage decorated with giant satellite dishes, futuristic antennas, giant white balls and thousands of dazzling lights the band's set was equal to the stadium's impressive setting.

Surprising the expectant audience, the band emerged in the middle of the crowd in a fountain of glitter before walking along an extended catwalk to the stage and kicking off the show with triumphant opener 'Knights Of Cydonia'.

Playing in front of a giant screen which mixed stage shots with pre-prepared video clips, plus frontman Matt Bellamy and bassist Chris Wolstenholme roaming the vast stage, occasionally peforming from special ramped-up areas on either side, Muse worked hard to engage the vast audience.

"How you doing Wembley?" drummer Dominic Howard asked the masses after early songs including 'City Of Delusion' and 'Map Of The Problematique' which was been recorded at the Wembley shows for release as a live single. "It looks like you're having fun, we are!"

The band then tore through a career-spanning set including 'Sunburn' which Bellamy introduced - seated at a glass-topped grand piano - as "the very first song from our very first album".

With the whole crowding bonding to loudly sing-a-long to 'Invincible', the singer then paused to acknowledge the sheer scale of the giant gig.

"How are you doing at the back?" He asked squinting into the distance. "I hope you see us! This one is for you."

Muse then launched into 'Starlight' before quickly following it up with 'Man Of Mystery', The Shadows cover the band recorded especially for the CD which is being given away free with copies of NME which are on UK newsstands now.

Finishing their initial set with an expanded version of 'New Born' - complete with spotlights in the centre of the satellite dishes illuminating the whole stadium - the band then returned for a climactic first encore.

Re-taking to the stage Bellamy encourage the crowd to hold their mobile phones in the air filling the venue with tiny sparkling lights during 'Soldiers Poem' which he dedicated to “unsung heroes”.

However Muse then trumped themselves bringing on two acrobats who, suspended by giant white balloons, soared above the crowd during a dreamy rendition of 'Blackout'.

With 'Plug In Baby' exploding Wembley back into life after the mid-air dancers, the band then teasingly left the stage once again but were soon back to finish things off.

"Thanks you guys have been fantastic," declared Bellamy on his return. "And thanks for making us the first artists to sell out [the new] Wembley-fucking-Stadium!"

The band then launched into closer 'Take A Bow' which they concluded with by unleashing giant flames right at the end of the song, before soaking up the applause and leaving the stage for the final time.
